After completing the UDISE entry, a PEN (Permanent Education Number) will be generated for each student. Based on the PEN number, an APPAR ID will be issued. Obtaining the APPAR ID has now been made compulsory as per CBSE as well as Government guidelines.   For UDISE entry, you are requested to submit the following documents: 1. Birth Certificate (Photocopy) 2.
