Term-II Examination Notice

Dear Parents / Students,

This is to inform you that 2 nd Term Exam is scheduled from Thursday, 16 December 2021. Please collect your admit card between 10th Dec 21 to 14th Dec 21. Time table will be followed as per details mentioned below.

Examination rules and instructions to be followed:
1.	The candidate is not permitted to make a late entry or exit early from the examination room.
2.	Entry to the examination room without the admit card is not permitted.
3.	Candidates must bring ID card, own pen, pencil, eraser, sharpener and mathematical instruments. No borrowing, lending or exchange of any material is allowed during the exam.
4.	Maintain silence and discipline during the examination. Use of any unfair means or improper conduct will lead to debarment of the candidate from the examination.
5.	Should a candidate have any queries / doubts, s/he may please call for the invigilator by raising their hand.
6.	Each candidate must follow instructions printed on question paper.
7.	Prohibited items which could be used for unfair means such as stationery item like textual material (printed or written), notes, watches, books, paper, chits, magazines, electronic gadgets (mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, head phones, pen/buttonhole/spy cameras, scanners, calculator, storage devices etc) are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED in the examination hall.
8.	A student will be given “0” if he or she involved in unfair means & exam will not be conducted again.
9.	It is compulsory to get parent’s signature (In parent’s Signature Box) on your admit card after exam over / before appearing for next exam.
10.	If carrying school bag, it must be tagged with your name to avoid any exchange & to identify easily after examination.
