Notice for Online Class from Monday, 10 January 2022
NOTICE
All students
of Grade – I to VII are hereby informed that as offline classes are postponed
owing to the prevailing COVID situation in the country till Friday, 21 January
2022, we are going to start online class from Monday, 10 January 2022.
Our technical team decided to use “GOOGLE
MEET” platform, initial few days for online classes & simultaneously we
will keep updating your data to our own online
teaching app which is already launched on play store few months back, having
many more facilities like library, exam, assignment, class recording etc. We
will keep generating ID & passwords for you & keep sharing with you one
by one for logging purpose who has submitted their forms.
For now please follow these instructions-
1. Install Google Meet from Play Store.
2. Open Google meet in your Mobile. Respective classes & timing will be listed
there.
3. Click on class 10 min before class start & click join.
4. Once you join - Mute your mic unless asked to unmute or urgent. After
every conversation again you have to mute your mic.
5. If connection is slow - Off your video also. It will help you to get clear
picture of classroom.
6. Well-dressed or use school uniform. Night suit not allowed.
7. Do not allow television / radio / music player in your study room or any
instrument causing noise.
8. Use earphone for better quality.
9. Any one causing disturbance / not obeying instructions will be blocked
immediately.
