Examination rules, instructions & Seating Arrangment

 

Examination rules and instructions to be followed:  

 

1.  The candidate is not permitted to make a late entry or exit early from the examination room.   

2.  Entry to the examination room without the admit card is not permitted.   

3.  Candidates must bring ID card, own pen, pencil, eraser, sharpener and mathematical instruments. No borrowing, lending or exchange of any material is allowed during the exam.   

4.  Maintain silence and discipline during the examination. Use of any unfair means or improper conduct will lead to the debarment of the candidate from the examination.   

5.  Should a candidate have any queries/doubts, s/he may please call for the invigilator by raising their hand.   

6.  Each candidate must follow the instructions printed on the question paper.   

7.  Prohibited items that could be used for unfair means such as stationery items like textual material (printed or written), notes, watches, books, paper, chits, magazines, electronic gadgets (mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, headphones

, pen/buttonhole/spy cameras, scanners, calculator, storage devices etc) are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED in the examination hall.   

8.  A student will be given “0” if he or she is involved in unfair means.   

9.  If carrying a school bag, it must be tagged with your name to avoid any exchange & identified easily after examination
