Half-day schedule for the next two days due to heatwave alert.

 

Dear Parents and Guardians,

     We hope this notice finds you well. We would like to inform you that, due to a heatwave alert issued by the authorities for 16th & 17th June 23, our school will be operating on a half-day schedule up to 09:00 am (4 Periods) for the next two days. The school will function normally from Monday, 19 June 23.

     Considering the safety and well-being of our students and staff, we have decided to adjust the school hours to minimize exposure to high temperatures. 

     During these shortened school days, we will focus on essential academic activities and prioritize health and comfort. Students come prepared for the day with ample hydration and bringing sun protection such as hats, umbrellas,s, and sunscreen.

     Rest assured, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and follow any additional guidance or instructions provided by the relevant authorities.
