Notice: School Reopening

Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,

     We hope this notice finds you in good health and high spirits. We are pleased to inform you that as per the directive of the District Education Officer (DEO) Samastipur, our school will be reopening on Monday, 26th June 2023. This decision comes after the temporary closure of the school due to the heat wave alert issued by the local authorities.

     We understand the importance of ensuring the safety and well-being of our students, and therefore, the decision to temporarily suspend classes was made in accordance with the guidelines provided by the concerned authorities. Now that the heat wave alert has subsided, we are eager to welcome all our students back to the school premises.

Please take note of the following important information:

1.       Date of Reopening: Monday, 26th June 2023

2.       Regular Timings:  

Grade Nursery, K1, K2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5  -   06:40 am – 10:50 am

Garde- 5, 6, 7, 8, 9                              –  06:40 am – 11:25am

 Kindly refer to the official school timetable (http://timetable.bomis.in)  for the specific timings of your respective classes.

3.       Attendance: All students are expected to attend school from the reopening day.

4.       Transportation: Bus services will resume as usual from the reopening day.

5.       Summer Safety Measures: Students try to stay hydrated & assembly will remain suspended till the next order.

6.       Breakfast and Lunch: The school cafeteria will not be operational till the next decision.

7.       Online class remains suspended.

      We would like to express our gratitude for your patience and cooperation during the temporary closure period.

      We look forward to welcoming all our students back to school and resuming the academic activities. Let us make the most of the remaining academic year together.
