Schedule adjustment in light of the festival of Nagpanchami.

 

Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,

     We are writing to inform you about a schedule adjustment in light of the upcoming festival of Nagpanchami.

     To celebrate this auspicious occasion, we have decided to organize a half-day of school on the day of Nagpanchami, which falls on  Friday, 07 July 2023. On that day, classes will commence at 7:45 AM and conclude at 10:45 AM. 

     This modified schedule will allow students and staff members to participate in the festivities and observe the rituals associated with Nagpanchami. 

     Please note that transportation services will be adjusted accordingly to accommodate the early dismissal. Buses will start to transport students home at 10:50 AM. Parents who drop off their children are kindly requested to make arrangements to pick them up promptly.

     We kindly request parents to ensure the safety of their children during the festival.
