Subject: Approval for Birthday Celebration in School Canteen (Friend’s Café)
Dear Parents/Guardians (Pre-Primary Section),
We are delighted to inform
you that Aadya Bhardwaj, a student of Grade Nursery, is celebrating her
birthday in the school canteen on Friday, September 15, 2023, at 10:15 AM to 11:00 AM in
between class hours. This celebration will be a joyful occasion, and all
Pre-Primary students, (Nursery, K1, and K2), preprimary teachers & school administration, are invited by Aadya's Parents to
participate.
The menu for the celebration
will include a Birthday cake, Maggi/Chawmin, Pasta, chocolate, Chips, and a choice of soft
drink/juice, ensuring a delightful experience for our young learners followed
by a small gift.
In order to maintain food
hygiene and ensure the safety of all students, we kindly request that the
parents/guardians of Aadya Bhardwaj submit a declaration to the Principal's
office or the school's administration before the celebration. This declaration
should affirm that all necessary precautions will be taken to maintain food
hygiene and that the food items to be served have been purchased from a
reputable and standard shop.
Furthermore, we respect the
choices of parents who may not wish for their children to participate in this
celebration. If you prefer that your ward does not participate in Aadya's
birthday celebration, kindly send a written letter to your child's class
teacher indicating your decision.
We believe that such events
contribute to the sense of community and joy within our school, and we look
forward to celebrating this special day with our young students. If you have
