Subject: Makar Sankranti Holiday

     All the students, parents, teachers and staff members are informed that the school will remain closed on Monday, 15 January 2024 on the occasion of Makar Sankranti. This is a Hindu festival that celebrates the transition of the sun from the zodiac of Sagittarius to Capricorn and marks the beginning of the harvest season.

     Students are advised to complete their homework and assignments. They are also encouraged to participate in the cultural and social activities that are associated with this festival, such as kite flying, bonfires, fairs, and feasts.

     We wish you all a very happy and prosperous Makar Sankranti. May this festival bring you joy, peace and success.
