ONLINE CLASS SCHEDULE

NOTICE

All students of Grade – I, VI, VII, VIII & IX are hereby informed that as offline classes are temporarily suspended due to the extreme cold, we are adding online classes for I, VI, VII, VIII & IX from Wednesday, 17 JANUARY 2024. THE REST OF CLASSES WILL BE ADDED SHORTLY.

Our technical team decided to use the “GOOGLE MEET” platform. New students need to submit their email id to Mr. Deepak Kumar (Mob- 8877665758, 7717787188)

Timing-

Grade- VIII, IX - 08:00 am - 10:00 am

Grade- VI, VII - 10:10 am - 12:10 pm

Grade-1 - 12:20 pm - 01:20 pm

Please follow these instructions-

1. Install Google Meet original.

2. Open Google Meet on your Mobile & select the respective email id from the top right corner. Respective classes & timing will be listed there.

3. Click on class 10 min before class starts & join.

4. Once you join - Mute your mic unless asked to unmute or urgent. After every conversation again you have to mute your mic.

5. If the connection is slow - Off your video also. It will help you to get a clear picture of the classroom.

6. Well-dressed or use school uniform. Night suits are not allowed.

7. Do not allow television/radio/music player in your study room or any instrument causing the noise.

8. Use earphones for better quality.

9. Anyone causing a disturbance / not obeying instructions will be blocked immediately.

Google Meet not displaying class - How to fix the problem?

1. Open your Gmail.

2. Compose an email/message

3. In the “TO” field write - bomisrosera@gmail.com

4. In “Subject” write - Online Class Request.

5. In “compose email “ write – Name, Class & Roll of the student.

6. Send Mail.

7. Now wait for confirmation from the school.

8. Now go to your inbox and see for any mail from bomisrosera@gmail. If you do not find it there then go to the spam mail folder and see for any correspondence from bomisrosera@gmail.com.

9. Open Mail and click on "Report not spam".

10. Now go back to inbox Open mail again. There will be three options (Yes / No / Maybe) & Click on Yes.

12. You may click on "Join with Google Meet" in email

Now go back to "Google Meet (Original)" & refresh it to check for the class list.
