Notice: Science Fair Participation

Event Date: 25th January 2025

Steps to Participate:

1. Download the Form: Get it from the school's website.

    a. Individual Form

    b. Group Form

2. Fill the Form: Provide accurate details.

3. Read Instructions: Follow the guidelines on the form.

4. Get Parental Consent: Have your parents sign the form.

5. Project Approval: Submit your idea to your science teacher.

   a. Grades 1-5: Mr. Sahjada

   b. Grades 6-10: Mr. Rohan Kumar

6. Prepare Your Project: Work on the approved project with help from parents and teachers.

7. Prepare Project Report: Follow the CBSE format (https://cbseit.in/cbse/2024/sciex/stu_projreport.pdf) or teacher's instructions.

8. Get Teacher's Signature: Have your teacher sign your finished project.

9. Set Up Display: Arrange your table on the fair day.

10. Interact with Judges: Explain your project and answer questions.

Scoring Criteria:

    10 Marks for the project report

    10 Marks for appearance and functioning

    10 Marks for answering questions

Prizes: Winners will be announced and awarded.
