Subject: UDISE Entry for Class 1 Students

Dear Parents/Students,

   This is to inform you that UDISE entry for Class 1 has now started. After completing the UDISE entry, a PEN (Permanent Education Number) will be generated for each student. Based on the PEN number, an APPAR ID will be issued. Obtaining the APPAR ID has now been made compulsory as per CBSE as well as Government guidelines.

  For UDISE entry, you are requested to submit the following documents:

1. Birth Certificate (Photocopy)

2. Aadhar Card (Photocopy)

Important: The Name and Date of Birth of the student must be the same on both documents.

  If any of these documents were not submitted during admission, kindly submit them urgently to the school office to avoid any delay or future difficulties in generating the PEN and APPAR ID.
